Terms of Use and Quotation Requests

1. Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of GEODESIAS.COM and the general process for requesting information and quotations for its geospatial services. Inquiries may be submitted from any country; feasibility and the terms of any engagement are assessed individually.
The operating entity is identified in the Legal Notice.
2. Scope of Commercial Information
Service pages describe categories of technical services and outcomes that GEODESIAS.COM can assess and quote for. Requirements, sources, technical conditions, availability and scope are evaluated individually.
Published content is not an irrevocable contractual offer and does not constitute advance acceptance of every request.
3. Inquiries and Quotation Requests
Visitors may inquire about a catalog service or describe a specific project for assessment using the available contact channels. Downloading a local TXT draft does not transmit the information or constitute an inquiry received by KTWA Project LLC.
The initial form does not accept attachments or sensitive documents. A proposal may require clarification of the intended use, available materials, formats, scope, timing, and delivery requirements.
Requesting information or a quotation creates no obligation to purchase or pay, and does not mean that KTWA Project LLC has accepted the request.
4. Preparation and Acceptance of Proposals
Where the project is feasible, an individual proposal may be issued describing the service, deliverables, price, schedule, review provisions and other relevant terms.
A contract arises only through valid acceptance of the relevant proposal or agreement. Where contracting with consumers, the applicable precontractual information and rights will be respected.
5. Materials Supplied by Clients
Anyone providing files, plans, databases, photographs or other information must hold the rights and authorizations needed for the requested use. GEODESIAS.COM may identify issues of format, quality, compatibility or rights that prevent performance under the terms originally contemplated.
6. Performance and Delivery
Technical methods, validation criteria, accuracy requirements, file formats and other characteristics are specified for each service. Provisions on review and delivery of editable files or source materials are set out in the applicable agreement.
7. Use of Deliverables and Rights
Use of deliverables and any assignment of rights will be defined in the accepted proposal, subject to pre-existing client and third-party rights. Receiving a file does not in itself change licenses applicable to embedded data, components or software.
8. Specialized Professional Involvement
Where a service requires professional certification, authorization or specialized involvement, its scope and conditions must be defined before contracting. Preliminary visualizations and reports do not automatically replace any required official documents.
9. Personal Data and Confidentiality
Personal data provided for inquiries and quotations will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Specific confidentiality and data-processing obligations for a service will be defined where appropriate.
10. Website Operation
GEODESIAS.COM aims to keep its content available and up to date, but interruptions, errors or changes to published information may occur. These terms do not limit statutory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Applicable Law
Relationships arising from use of the site or services are subject to the law applicable in each case. Specific contracting terms may address relevant details without excluding mandatory rights.
