1. Operator and Scope

GEODESIAS.COM is a geospatial services platform developed and operated by KTWA Project LLC, a Florida limited liability company (United States). Inquiries may come from any country; assessment and any subsequent engagement are handled on a case-by-case basis.

2. Information We May Process

When someone inquires about a service or describes a project, we may receive name, email address, optional company or organization, selected service, language, description of the requested service, and optional information about available data or materials. The initial website form does not accept file uploads.

Providers used to host, protect, and operate the website may process technical information needed for its functionality and security, such as connection, browser, and incident-log data, according to the services actually enabled.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential documents in an initial inquiry. If a service requires additional materials, a separate channel and appropriate terms will be agreed upon.

3. Purposes of Processing

We use information submitted to respond to inquiries, clarify requirements, evaluate requests, prepare quotations, and manage communications about services. Information may also be retained when necessary to meet legal obligations, handle claims, and prevent misuse of the website.

Submitting an inquiry does not automatically enroll anyone in marketing campaigns or newsletters. KTWA Project LLC does not sell personal information received through GEODESIAS.COM.

4. Service Providers and Communications

The contact mailbox servicios@geodesias.com uses Apple iCloud Mail for incoming and outgoing messages.

The online inquiry form uses Formspree. When a visitor submits an inquiry, the information is transmitted to the provider to process the request and direct a notification to the configured recipient. Formspree states that its infrastructure is located in the United States; details about its services are available in the provider's documentation.

The website is hosted using Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to deliver the website and protect connections. Behavioral advertising tools and marketing lists are not enabled by default as a result of submitting an inquiry.

5. Retention

Inquiries that do not result in a contract will be deleted no later than 12 months after the last communication, unless a legal obligation, claim, or documented need to defend legal interests justifies a different period. Records relating to contracts, billing, and disputes may be retained for the periods applicable to those categories.

The submission history available through Formspree Free is subject to the provider's service window, currently 30 days. This is separate from the corporate mailbox retention period. Removing one copy does not automatically remove other copies subject to separate retention rules.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to limit access, protect communications, and reduce the risk of unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Inquiries and Privacy Requests

Email servicios@geodesias.com to ask about the personal information held about you or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable under relevant law. We may request reasonable information to verify identity and apply appropriate legal exceptions. We do not discriminate against individuals for exercising privacy rights recognized by applicable law.

9. Policy Updates

We will update this policy if processing purposes, providers, website functionality, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be available on this page.
